If you are not happy, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, Carp Bait and Carp Boilies are non-returnable. Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
