  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The delivery time is 10-15 days after dispatch. The shipping fee is £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping using EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Carp Bait
  • Carp Boilies

Additionally, personalized or custom items cannot be returned.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend using a service that provides tracking and insurance.
  5. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
