  • Carp Bait – Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on carp bait products.
  • Carp Boilies – Similar to carp bait, these are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or Custom Items – Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process
